Yoga Class
Tuesdays- year round
Time: 9:30-10:30am
Fee: $5
Participants gain greater flexibility, connect with their inner core and breathing while learning an ancient form of relaxation and stretching.

Massage Therapy
CHOICE, unlimited provides staff and consumers the opportunity to receive professional Massage Therapy at a reduced rate from a Certified Massage Therapist. Massage Therapy offers a calming and peaceful relief of the stress and tension that often times damages an individual’s quality of health. Appointments are available for 15 minute high-impact shoulder and neck chair massages. Call CHOICE, unlimited’s receptionist for appointments at (218) 724-5869.
