Programs & ServicesCHOICE, unlimited offers a variety of community-based programs focusing on employment and community inclusion. All employment and and other activities take place in community environments. The following services and activities are available through CHOICE, unlimited:

Eligibility Requirements
To participate in employment and community support services an individual must
• be 18 years of age and older or students in transition from high school to the work force
• have a medical, psychological, or physical diagnosis which identifies barriers to competitive employment and/or be precluded from competitive employment unless given support due to an identified economic barrier
• reside in Northeastern Minnesota (eight county region) or Northern Wisconsin
Referrals to CHOICE, unlimited come from the following sources:
• be 18 years of age and older or students in transition from high school to the work force

Referrals to CHOICE, unlimited come from the following sources:
- County Social Services
- Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) in Minnesota
- State Services for the Blind (SSB) in Minnesota
- Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) in Wisconsin
- Private organizations or individuals. Additional payment options are also available. Call for more information.
