Coordinates on-the-job training with skilled job coaching
services to ensure employers receive satisfactory job performance
and on-going support
Applicant/Employer Match:
Emphasizes optimum matches between the applicant, employer
and the job setting in order to maximize individual job satisfaction
and career growth
Personal Adjustment and Assistance:
Arranges services such as transportation, financial planning,
and budgeting to meet individual needs
Community, Personal and Social Support:
Accessing community resources and activities; scheduling;
transporting; and providing opportunities to build relationships
and friendships
