Community, Personal, and Social Support:
Accessing community resources and activities; scheduling;
transporting; emphasizing building relationships and friendships
Behavioral Evaluation and Services:
Assessment of needs and development of strategies to
increase social skills, self image and self esteem; teaching anger
control through conflict resolutions and relaxation
Communication Services:
Provides Speech therapy follow through, manual sign language,
alternative communication systems, and adaptive device training
Sensory Stimulation and Integration:
Designed for individual needs, services are provided for occupational
and physical therapy follow through, motor and sensory development,
physical fitness, massage and relaxation therapy
Vocational Services:
Provides skill assessment, job search and employment
skill development, as well as community based supported employment
with on-the-job training
Life Skills Enhancement:
Instruction in personal appearance, grooming, hygiene,
nutrition awareness and physical fitness
Transportation Support:
Instruction in using city transit to and from community
based settings and employment sites; transportation will be provided
by staff when needed
