Consumer Service Eligibility

To participate in employment and community support services an individual must:

• be 18 years of age and older or students in transition from high school to the work force

• have a medical, psychological, or physical diagnosis which identifies barrier to competitive employment and/or be precluded from competitive employment unless given support due to an identified economic barrier

• reside in northeastern Minnesota (eight county region) or northern Wisconsin

• be referred by County Social Services or Rehabilitation Services - Workforce Development Center and/or a collaboration service agency
