Support CHOICE, unlimited

CHOICE, unlimited has been accredited by CARF for its Employment Services in Employment Planning, Employee Development, and Community Employment Services – Job Development, Job-Site Training, Job Supports; and its Community Services in Community Integration

CHOICE, unlimited is a community-based private non-profit organization located in Duluth, Minnesota, which is dedicated to supporting adults with disabilities and individuals who are experiencing barriers to employment and community inclusion. CHOICE, unlimited offers Employment Services to assist people in obtaining and maintaining long term competitive jobs in their respective neighborhoods and communities. Services include career exploration, skill assessments, job development, job placement, mentoring, training, and community access. It also provides Community Support Services, assisting individuals in accessing community resources, activities and events. The agency works with area public schools, providing services to at risk students transitioning from school to work. Partnerships are ongoing with the Department of Rehabilitation Services in St. Louis County and Division of Vocational Rehabilitation in Douglas County as well as St. Louis County Social Services. The organization is also an employment network for the federally supported Ticket to Work program, which assists individuals on Social Security Disability Insurance to re-enter the workforce.

Services are provided by qualified employment specialists who job coach and mentor individuals at employment and community sites. The organization also provides technical and educational opportunities to employers and community members through presentations and seminars.
